This course is designed for all people supervising food operations in businesses such as food product manufacturers, flour mills, canneries, dried food packers, bakers, breweries and wineries.

Assessment: This course is 100% Online. You will be assessed for your knowledge as you progress through the course and will complete a series of online case studies at the end of your training. All training is delivered by CFT International RTO #21120. Before you enrol you can view CFT’s policies and pre-enrolment information.

Training is available "in-house" for groups, by correspondence or online. Group discounts available. Participants receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment upon completion of the course.
