Personal hygiene practices apply to all staff handling food at all levels within hospitality service industries, such as kitchen hands, cooks, chefs, catering staff, food and beverage attendants, sandwich hands, café and fast food outlet cooking crew, housekeeping and laundry staff, sales people and owner-operators of small business catering operations or retail food outlets.  This is the correct course for water carriers and bulk food distribution centres.


There are two components forthe  Food Safety Training Online assessment. You will answer: a series of online questions to assess your knowledge and a workplace practical skills assignment. The workplace assignment is completed on the job or in a real or simulated workplace environment and observed by a suitably qualified 3rd party observer- see further details here.

Training is available  online, by correspondence or in class. We can provide "in--house" group training and don't forget to check out our discount for group bookings..

A nationally recognised Statement of Attainment is issued to particpants upon the successful completion of the course.
